Abstract

Physics is a science that requires experimental confirmation. We were able to do the second part of the experiments that Michelson and Morley did not do in 1887. We theoretically substantiated and manufactured a rotary linear interferometer that showed a shift of interference fringes in large quantities when the rotor rotates in a vertical plane in the Earth's gravitational field. This experimental fact means that Einstein's postulates about the constant of the speed of light in an empty vacuum have no physical basis. We have theoretically established and experimentally confirmed that in nature there can only be a quantized vacuum consisting of 4D-tetraquarks in which the speed of light is a variable parameter..
