Abstract
The discovery of a space-time quantum (canton) in the form of a 4D-tetraquark in 1996 served as the basis for my creation of the quantum theory of Superunification, which is a Unified Field Theory that includes quantum gravity. I created the theory of Superunification to replace Einstein's General Theory of Relativity, which failed as a quantum theory of gravity. In this paper I discuss the foundations of the non-Einsteinian New Quantum Relativity Theory using the example of the application of complex speeds in the quantum theory of gravity and the description of the state of a spherical quantized expanding Multiverse. In this case, the complex speed describes the state of quantum gravity inside a deformed quantized vacuum. The paradox is that the complex speed includes the Minkowski interval, which was incorrectly used by Einstein as the basis of his theory of relativity in an empty vacuum. In addition, the complex speed allows us to describe the motion of galaxies within the galactic expansion belt for the Multiverse by decomposing the complex speed into absolute (real) and relative (imaginary) speeds. We can see through a telescope from the surface of the Earth only the relative motion of galaxies, and the further away the galaxies are, the greater their relative speed. This is an unrealistic relative picture of the expansion of the Universe that was reconstructed as a real picture using the example of the expansion of the shell model of the spherical quantized Multiverse.
